How much does LiftRing cost?

Is LiftRing free?

Your first 3 workouts are free, with every program and every feature fully unlocked and no account required. After that, continuing to train requires LiftRing Pro: $4.99/month, $44.99/year, or a $99.99 one-time lifetime purchase, billed by Apple.

Does LiftRing work offline?

Yes. LiftRing is local-first — your workouts are stored on your device, so you can train with no signal at all. Optional private iCloud sync keeps things in step across your Apple devices when you're back online, but it's never required.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no account, no login, and no email to hand over. You download the app and start lifting. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so you can restore Pro on a new device without ever creating a LiftRing account.

Is LiftRing on Android or Apple Watch?

No. LiftRing is iPhone-only — there's no Android app, no web app, and no Apple Watch app. The rest timer lives in the iPhone Live Activity and Dynamic Island instead.
