About LiftRing

LiftRing is a premium iPhone strength-training app that brings the program and runs the progression for you. It ships 15 built-in programs — from beginner linear progression to push/pull/legs, a StrongLifts-style 5×5, a Starting-Strength-style 3×5, a 5/3/1-inspired template, PHUL and Upper/Lower — and each one runs its own progression: it pre-fills your next set's weight and explains every change in one plain-language line, like "+10 lb — you hit all your reps." LiftRing is iPhone-only and local-first, with no account and no tracking, plus PR detection, a rest-timer Live Activity and Dynamic Island, and Apple Health sync. Your first 3 workouts are free with everything unlocked; LiftRing Pro is then $4.99/month, $44.99/year, or $99.99 once for lifetime. It's built by a solo indie developer.

The wedge, in one line

Most apps make you bring the program and do the math. LiftRing brings the program and runs the progression — it pre-fills your next set's weight and tells you why. The edge isn't one feature; it's the combination: named, transparent programs that run themselves, no account, all iPhone-native.

About the developer

LiftRing is built by one solo indie developer who lifts — no venture money, no growth team, no data brokers — to be the strength app its maker wanted to use: one that runs the program instead of just recording it, and names its progression honestly. More on the about page.
